Terms & Conditions

By booking any service with Liberty Wellbeing, you automatically agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Booking classes, events or services

All bookings are only confirmed when full payment has been made and received by Liberty Wellbeing. All classes must be booked online and no cash is accepted at the venue. Card payments cannot be taken in person, but can be taken over the phone. Any mistakes made by the client cannot be rectified at a later date. Please check all the details are correct before making payment.


Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable and only class credits will be offered.

Refunds on Courses/Workshops/Events will only be given with more than 48 hours notice of the start date. There will be an administration fee charged of £10 for all refunds. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop/course/event start date will not be refunded. We will not refund any monies once the course has started under any circumstances.

Refunds for monthly and annual memberships and trials are not permitted. It is the responsibility of the client to inform Liberty Wellbeing in writing if you wish to cancel your recurring membership payment before the date of payment being taken.


Online classes can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the start time and a class credit will automatically be added to your account (with the same expiry date that it originally had). Online classes cancelled within 2 hours of the class starting will forfeit the class credit.

In-person classes can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the start time and a class credit will automatically be added to your account (with the same expiry date that it originally had). In-person classes cancelled within 24 hours of the class starting will forfeit the class credit.

If you have any Covid-19 symptoms and have a class booked within the next 24hr period please call us on 01233 512151 to discuss options.


If you have made a booking but then decide to change to an alternative course, event or workshop we require at least 48 hours notice and it may be subject to an administration fee. To avoid any unnecessary costs, please ensure you have made your booking for the correct day, course and event. Sessions during courses are also non-transferable and non-refundable.

Changes in your course

If for any reason Liberty Wellbeing need to change or cancel a course or event, we will let you know as early as possible and offer an alternative, if available.

Health and safety

Before attending your first class, course or workshop, you are required to fill in a brief medical questionnaire and to say you are fit and well to take part in the class. The link for this will be on the confirmation email that you receive after your booking is confirmed. Alternatively, you are able to complete the health questionnaire on our website which is available within the ‘info’ tab.

It is your responsibility to inform Liberty Wellbeing of any changes to your health thereafter (including pregnancy). There are restrictions to the classes that you can attend if you are pregnant so please inform us before you attend a class so that we can advise accordingly. If we do not receive a completed health questionnaire from you, we will take it that by attending a class, course or workshop, you are fit and well to take part. If you are in any doubt about your health you should consult your doctor. If you arrive late for a class you may not be allowed in and the class will be forfeited (so please don’t be late).


Liberty Essential, Liberty Unlimited, Liberty Online Unlimited: Memberships are automatically renewed each month. Class credits are not transferable to a friend or family member. Class credits have expiry dates and if they are not used before this date are forfeited. Membership gives you access to any available classes. Liberty Wellbeing reserves the right to remove classes from the timetable without notice. Any additional classes booked that exceed the monthly membership credit allowance will be automatically charged at a discounted rate of £4.25 per class at the end of each membership month. If you have a membership with us, please ensure you are paying the correct amount before proceeding with the transaction. Classes booked in error by clients will not be refunded.

Pausing/Cancelling Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing hello@libertywellbeing.co.uk. There is no cost to cancelling.

If you would like to pause your membership, you can do this for a minimum of three months at a time, and there is no charge. Email hello@libertywellbeing.co.uk and we’ll arrange that for you. You can pause your membership as many times as you wish.

Class Credits

Class credits have no monetary value and cannot be used for anything other than to book applicable services.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased and have an expiry date of 12 months after the date of purchase. Once the voucher has expired, it cannot be used. Gift vouchers cannot be transferred or refunded once purchased.

Promotional Codes

Liberty Wellbeing may, at times, offer promotional codes for discounted classes and money off coupons. Clients are responsible for entering the promo code when prompted at the point of booking. Mistakes cannot be rectified after the booking transaction has been completed. Promotional codes are valid for only certain products and periods of time so please ensure you have all the correct details when you book.

Referral Programme - valid from 4th July 2020

In order to receive a discount off your monthly subscription for introducing friends or family, the following conditions apply:

  • The person being introduced must have not had a membership and/or booked any services with Liberty Wellbeing in the last 6 months.
  • The member introducing their friends and family must contact Liberty Wellbeing in writing to confirm the name of the person by emailing hello@libertywellbeing.co.uk within 48 hours of that person subscribing to a membership option.
  • Discount is only given to the current subscriber on a recurring monthly subscription when the person that they referred also takes a recurring monthly subscription. For the avoidance of doubt, the current recurring subscription options available are Liberty Essential and Liberty Unlimited.
  • The discount will continue to be active every month that both parties hold a valid and current subscription.
  • 25% discount is applied to the subscription cost of the person that refers their friend of family who takes a subscription. Any subsequent referrals that then take a subscription are then added onto the original 25%. For clarity:
    • 1 active referral = 25% monthly discount (on monthly subscription)
    • 2 active referrals = 50% monthly discount (on monthly subscription)
    • 3 active referrals = 75% monthly discount (on monthly subscription)
    • 4 active referrals = 100% monthly discount (on monthly subscription)
    • Any further referrals are valued but will not attract further discounts beyond 100%

No retrospective discounts can be given. The decision of Liberty Wellbeing Management is final.

Liberty Wellbeing reserves the right to remove this incentive at any time, without notice and as a result, all current discounts could be removed.


Liberty Wellbeing is committed to protecting your privacy and security. In some instances, Liberty Wellbeing collects personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Liberty Wellbeing may also collect demographic information, such as your postcode. Liberty Wellbeing collects and uses your personal information to operate the Liberty Wellbeing website and to deliver the services you have requested. Liberty Wellbeing may also use personal data to provide you with information and to conduct our own market research surveys. Liberty Wellbeing does not sell, rent or lease its member lists to third parties. Members can unsubscribe from Liberty Wellbeing services at any time and can have their personal information deleted from the Liberty Wellbeing database by emailing the request to hello@libertywellbeing.co.uk.

In line with current government guidelines, if you attend an in-person class, your details will be kept for a minimum of 21 days. This allows us to conform to requests for information from NHS Track & Trace and forward your contact details to them as part of the requirement to contain and control the spread of Covid-19.
