Changes to our classes and schedule during Covid-19 outbreak

Following recent Government guidelines, we have temporarily closed our studio. We are however continuing with our classes online. To benefit from any of our classes, simply reserve your place on the book now page and you will be sent a link to the live broadcast approximately 30 minutes before the class starts.

Please note that none of our classes are taking part in person for safety reasons. This includes classes at The Studio, Spearpoint Pavilion, Kennington W.I. Hall and The Garden of Light.

Welcome to Liberty Wellbeing!

We are an experienced collective of teachers offering Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, BodyBalance™ and Mindfulness Meditation classes and courses to all those living in Ashford and the surrounding areas. We also provide you with a selection of workshops which aim to improve physical fitness and health as well as mental wellbeing.

Liberty Wellbeing classes are located at our very own, brand new studio in Ashford. We also provide a handful of community classes in other parts of Ashford too. Booking is essential for all of our classes, courses and workshops and we have made this as easy as possible for you with our simple online booking system and app. Simply pay as you go for each class, course or workshop, or save money with a monthly membership.


Weekly yoga classes for any level of experience or preference of yoga style. We’ve got something for everyone. 16 classes per week.


Set to music, this energising class is inspired by yoga, tai chi and pilates. Be part of this world famous Les Mills concept.

Tai Chi

Improve your flexibility, mobility and energy with graceful flowing movements in this easy to follow class suitable for everyone.


Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture with an emphasis on the core. Daytime and evening classes.

Courses & Workshops

We provide a regular selection of workshops and courses which aim to improve physical fitness and health as well as mental wellbeing.

Mindfulness Meditation

Come and learn mindfulness with an experienced teacher. We offer a 6 week beginners course as well as a weekly drop in meditation class.
