Welcome to Liberty Wellbeing!
We are an experienced collective of teachers offering Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, BodyBalance™ and Mindfulness Meditation classes and courses to all those living in Ashford and the surrounding areas. We also provide you with a selection of workshops which aim to improve physical fitness and health as well as mental wellbeing.
Liberty Wellbeing classes are located at our very own, brand new studio in Ashford. We also provide a handful of community classes in other parts of Ashford too. Booking is essential for all of our classes, courses and workshops and we have made this as easy as possible for you with our simple online booking system and app. Simply pay as you go for each class, course or workshop, or save money with a monthly membership.
