Liberty Wellbeing is a growing collective of teachers in Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, BodyBalance and Mindfulness. We offer weekly daytime, evening and weekend classes for all levels and abilities as well as workshops and occasional retreats.

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention that originated in Eastern meditation practices.
We provide 23 classes per week ONLINE and 7 classes per week IN-PERSON at our studio in Ashford.
