What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a way of paying attention that originated in Eastern meditation practices. Paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally. Bringing one’s complete attention to the present experience on a moment-to-moment basis.
What are the benefits of Mindfulness Meditation?
Benefits that have been scientifically proven can be gained from mindfulness are:

We hold a regular 6 week Beginners Mindfulness Meditation course, 3 times per year. Our most recent course started in May 2019. The next course start date is 5th September 2019.
We also have regular weekly Monday evening Mindfulness Meditation classes which aim to teach effective, meditation based solutions to every day problems such as stress, anxiety, difficult relationships etc. Each class consists of guided meditations and practical advice on how to train in keeping a positive mind, as well as an opportunity to ask questions.

You don’t need to wear any special clothing or bring cushions as all sessions will be completed sitting in chairs or on mats that will be provided.
How to book
We have two easy ways of joining our classes so that there’s something for everyone.
OPTION ONE: You can either book per class, paying £8.50 per single session. Pay online and in advance by clicking here.
OPTION TWO: You can choose a monthly subscription. All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, there is no joining fee and no long term contract. Click here to sign up.
All classes must be booked and paid for in advance, either using a class credit included in your subscription, or paying £8.50 in advance. Class credits are allocated to your account if you cancel more than 2 hours prior to the start of class.
We do not accept cash and money is not taken at any of our venues.
Classes can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance.
