BodyBalance™

Set to music, this energising class is inspired by yoga, tai chi and pilates. Be part of this world famous Les Mills concept.

Tai Chi

Improve your flexibility, mobility and energy with graceful flowing movements in this easy to follow class suitable for everyone.

Pilates

Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture with an emphasis on the core. Daytime and evening classes available.

Mindfulness Meditations

Come and learn mindfulness with an experienced teacher. We offer a 6 week beginners course as well as a weekly sitting group.
