Alignment Yoga is all about exactly that – alignment. The style is dynamic but thoughtful. These classes encourage the playful exploration of classical yoga poses.
Alignment Yoga is not about perfection or squeezing into a perfect pose. Instead, we adapt the body alignment to reduce the risk of injury and maximise the benefits of the practice for you.

These classes aim to provide a yoga experience for you to discover, reveal and embrace your full potential on and off the mat.

Classes end with a relaxation to set you up for the day ahead.
